Celebrating simplicity with  one-pot dinners

‘Keeping it Simple’ is New York author Yasmin Fahr’s cookbook featuring over 60 quick and easy recipes for mouth-watering one-pot dinners. Hardie Grant Books commissioned us to develop the design, which needed to reflect the author’s vibrant personality and unique approach to food.

Capturing the author’s style

Our design approach brings to life Yasmin’s energy through chapter openers featuring large-scale imagery by Patricia Niven and playful typography. To add pace and simplify navigation, we created a series of icons to highlight various different types of content, such as ideas for leftovers, easy ingredient swaps, and speedy hints and tips.
