We want to make sure our team are able to keep themselves healthy, so along with a good studio environment everyone is entitled to NHS Cash Plan: 24/7 access to a virtual GP, EAP program, structured counselling, yearly allowance for dental treatments amongst many other things.
Skills and training platform
We are dedicated to training across all levels of the business. Everyone has to access the YCN training platform and a bespoke training plan to help you develop your skills.
Open, equal and transparent pay brackets
We operate on a basis of transparency, and so our pay structure is clearly defined and open for everyone to see. Along with a clear succession plan in place.
Making sure we are all able to produce our best, means airing out any concerns in an open and friendly environment. All of our team have weekly structured face-to-face meetings with their line manager to catch up on their work and progress, and a bit of a chat too. It builds trusting relationships so you always know someone has your back.
Making sure we all know where we are, we all have six-month reviews. They are about goal setting, looking ahead and planning for your future career.
In addition to national bank holidays, the whole team have 20 days annual leave. We give you your birthday off, (but not before celebrating with some cake in the studio), and we're closed between Christmas and New Year. Every year.
We're a social bunch, so we like to make sure we get dates in the diary. With a monthly team lunch, monthly after-work social, summer day out, and of course a great Christmas party.
Cycle to work scheme
We are part of a cycle-to-work scheme. As we're based in lovely Wandsworth we like to make sure everyone can cycle along the Wandle if they want to!
The whole studio is work from home on a Friday. It's optional though, so if you would rather work from our studio you can.
