You probably have a few questions for us, here are some of our most asked:

What is your hiring process like?

Once you have submitted an application to jobs@studionoel.co.uk we will review your application and if we think you could be a good fit for the role we will invite you to interview. Our interview process usually consists of at least two interview stages, where we will try to get to know you and your ways of working. Sometimes our interviews might include a practical element, or small project, which we would let you know of with plenty of time ahead of your interview.

What are you looking for in a new hire?

Passion, and the right level of experience. For each role we keep a wide open mind about who might be the right person, we think if you have the passion for the role and the experience needed to get the job done you’ll have what it takes to work with us. We are an equal opportunities employer, and so we actively encourage people of any  race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.

Do you hire freelancers?

Yes we often hire freelancers, we are always looking for talented creatives to support our internal team during busier periods. If you are a designer, photographer, animator or copywriter get in touch and let us know more about what you do at jobs@studionoel.co.uk

Do you take on interns?

Yes we have an internship scheme consisting of month long internships paid at a London Living Wage rate, for students 18 years+. If you would like to apply please fill out the form here.

From time to time we offer work experience placements for students aged 16+ who are currently in school or college. These are dependent on studio capacity so please email lana@studionoel.co.uk to find out more.

Do I need a design degree to work at Studio Noel?

No, we believe that having a team with a wide diversity in experience makes us a more creative bunch. As long as you can demonstrate you have the skills we are looking for, there is no set educational background required.
