The Crop Box is where craft and creativity meet horticulture. Each box is packed with everything you need to start growing, including seeds, sowing pots, plant labels, compost and step-by-step instructions. The addition of a range of craft-based creative exercises gives it all an extra twist. We worked with this start-up to create a vibrant new identity that would encourage children and adults to get into home growing whilst also exploring their creativity.

With creativity being at the core of the brand we took a hand drawn approach to the logo and paired it with a vibrant colour palette and playful illustration style.
We created an e-commerce website for The Crop Box. Designed in their typically playful illustrated style, it highlights all the benefits of the box while also bringing to life the subscription process.
We created colourful labels for the kits, featuring hand-drawn illustrations of vegetables alongside creative tools such as pencils and paintbrushes. Within the accompanying brochure, we included easy-to-follow instructions, fun facts, and creative activities aimed at children or adults, depending on the version of The Crop Box.
To enable the brand to easily run their own marketing and social media campaigns, we developed a suite of vibrant illustrations and animations. Encompassing everything from craft challenges and nature-based activities, to competitions, promotions and growing tips, the toolkit provided assets for use throughout the year.

To bring the brand to life across their day-to-day activities, we created a range of branded merchandise, including gardening aprons and playful tote bags reinforcing The Crop Box’s twin themes of growing and creating.
Finally we created a set of detailed brand guidelines for The Crop box to ensure all communications going forwards express their brand values and identity consistently.
