About Studio Noel

Studio Noel is a design agency of creatives looking to do good design and do some good for the world while they do it. We are a compassionate (and passionate!) team of brand designers and strategists who love solving problems with our combined skills. Our clients love us for the care we take over our work and their brands. We pride ourselves on creating a meaningful difference for them because we know the power of great design. Listen first and act after is our motto, making sure that all of our work is based on a strong strategy.

We value different ways of thinking, and feel that our neurodiverse team sets us up for success as everyone has something valuable to add to every project. We are looking for people to not only add to this, but also be comfortable working with our diverse team of creative thinkers and strategic minds.

We are looking for…

We are looking for a bright Senior Designer (or experienced mid-weight ready for the next challenge!).

A creative. It should go without saying, but we are looking for someone who can deliver excellent and original design work and go beyond trends time and time again.

A bright leader. You will be leading on creative briefs, from concepts right through to final execution. Good mentorship is a key part of our culture, and so you will be responsible for mentoring and helping to train up less experienced designers. As well as leading the creative steer for projects.

Comfortable working across disciplines. You will be confident in bringing ideas to life through print and digital design. You will be able to bring to life ideas through illustration, art direction and animation.

A brilliant presenter and storyteller. You will be a confident presenter and will be responsible for creating engaging and powerful presentations that help to tell the story of, and sell in our work to clients.

A strong ability to nurture relationships. We pride ourselves on our longstanding and close relationships with our clients and suppliers, you will be a key contact with both.

You will also be working closely with our Design Director to get the best results, making sure every project is on brief, designed to the highest standard and delivered on time. So, great communication skills will be a must.

A geek for the details. It goes without saying that your design work will be exceptional, and you will have a strong attention to detail. We ground all our work in good research, which means you will be used to looking outside of the norm for your ideas, and will be keen to dig into briefs looking for the best ideas.

Someone eager to grow. We are looking for someone who is never done learning, who will be keen to try the next thing and will be actively looking out for new tools and techniques to use. We are a growing business, so the ideal candidate will be excited to help us on that journey, able to come up with new ideas to market and promote the work we do.
