What data do we collect

The personal data we collect from you includes:

  • Personal identification information (Full name, Phone number, Email address, Job Title, date of consent)
  • How you use our email newsletters – for example whether you open them and which links you click on

  • We use Google Analytics software to collect information about how you use studionoel.co.uk. This includes IP addresses. The data is anonymised before being used for analytics processing. We collect this data to make sure the site is meeting the needs of its users and to make improvements.

  • business development, to deal with any enquires
  • client relations, to provide and manage the services we have contractually agreed
  • marketing, to communicate with you about our services and/or news relating to our business

How do we store your data? 

Your data will be stored securely on Pipedrive for 5 years from the date of consent. After this, your information will be permanently deleted in a way that complies with data protection law. If we feel it necessary to keep your information for longer and wish to renew the timeframe, we will notify you in writing. We operate an email mailing list program through Mailchimp whose servers are in the United States. To view more information on how this data is used and secured please see Mailchimp Privacy Policy here. You can unsubscribe at any time as detailed in the footer of sent marketing messages or via contacting the studio and asking to be removed.

 

Data protection rights 

You have the right to request:

  • information about how your personal data is processed
  • a copy of that personal data
  • that anything inaccurate in your personal data is corrected immediately

You can also:

  • raise an objection about how your personal data is processed
  • request that your personal data is erased if there is no longer a justification for it
  • ask that the processing of your personal data is restricted in certain circumstances
